Blondie Bar & Restaurant Southbank Melbourne, the newest restaurant and bar to open in Melbourne’s Arts Precinct. Blondie’s Head Chef, Ben Ransom, uses his French Asian experience combined with the freshest local ingredients to create colours and flavours which will inspire you. Our menu is designed for all occasions, enjoy a snack at the bar with a memorable martini, book or drop in for a quick bite before or after a performance.
