Responsibilities
- Partner Satisfaction: Lead the team to deliver positive Partner Satisfaction and become trusted advisors to partners and their customers by leveraging technical expertise and ecosystem knowledge to enable defined outcomes aligned with partner business strategies.
- Strategic Thought Leadership & Partner Insights: Understand partners’ business priorities, industry, and segment focus. Oversee execution plans that align with partner goals, driving clarity and joint accountability. Coach the team to provide feedback and insights from customers/partners to relevant Microsoft teams for continuous improvement.
- Manage the consumption business: Achieve business goals and deliver value by coaching the team to develop opportunities that drive partner business results, ensuring understanding of Microsoft's value proposition and deep business understanding of solutions and customer scenarios.
- Accelerate Resolution of Technical Blockers and Partner Outcomes: Coach the team to identify resolutions to issues blocking project go-lives, leveraging technical expertise. Support technical conversations with partners to maximize value from Microsoft investments, adhering to best practices and utilizing repeatable IP.
- Learn It All: Model a self-learner mindset through continuous skill development aligned with team and partner/customer success goals.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field AND 8+ years of experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, IT consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, or consulting.
- OR equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of people management experience, including managing consultant practice managers, technical sales managers, or technical architect managers.
- Bachelor’s Degree in relevant fields AND 12+ years of experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, IT consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, or consulting.
- OR Master’s Degree in relevant fields AND 8+ years of experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, or consulting.
- 6+ years experience in a customer-facing role.
- 6+ years leading technical projects, teams, or functions.
- Technical certifications in Cloud (Azure, AWS, Google, security certifications).
- 5+ years of people management experience.
